Rent in Seattle is too damn high. Luckily, the city government currently has a program that gives tax breaks to apartment buildings that provide affordable housing for the middle class. If you make a middle-class wage you likely qualify.

Anyway, here's a map of most* of the MFTE buildings are in Seattle. Some have waitlists and some you just have to get lucky about contacting at the right time, but if you try enough buildings you might get lucky.** Also, please vote for more affordable housing, because the current system is inadequate.
